Pricing questions
Is pricing per user or per workspace?
Pro will be priced per user, per month, and billed per workspace — each workspace on Pro gets its own bill for the people in it. Starter is free for up to 5 members.
What currency are prices shown in?
Prices on this page are shown in USD. Inside the app, each workspace can pick its own display currency for budgets and transactions.
When will the Pro plan be available?
It's coming soon. Starter is free and available today — start there, and your workspace can move to Pro once it launches.
Can I use Toadflow for more than one client at a time?
Yes — add each client to only the specific projects they should see, in the same workspace as your team's internal work.
Do clients count against my plan's member limit?
On Starter, everyone you invite — teammates and clients — counts toward the 5-member limit. Pro has no member limit; how clients are billed on Pro will be announced when it launches.
